The Understanding Cisco Collaboration Foundations (CLFNDU) 1.0 course provides the skills and knowledge required to administer and maintain a simple single-site Cisco® Unified Communications Manager (CM) solution with a SIP gateway. The course covers getting started, managing devices including phones and video endpoints, managing users and managing media resources, and maintenance and troubleshooting tools for Cisco Unified Communications solutions. In addition, you'll learn the basics of SIP dial plans, including connecting to Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) services, and how to use class of service capabilities.
This course provides the fundamental knowledge required to complete the CCNP® Collaboration certification courses. It also serves as an entry-level training for those new to Cisco on-premises collaboration technologies.
