This is a comprehensive CommScope NETCONNECT course that includes approximately 70% hands-on training with the appropriate tools and test equipment. Each student will gain the experience needed to certify and document twisted pair and fiber optic cabling installations in accordance with current ANSI/TIA-568 industry standards. Each student will also gain experience troubleshooting common indoor cabling problems.

This course includes an overview of local cabling systems, an overview of ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC industry standards, and discussion and practical practices on coarse entry, installation, management, and termination of twisted pair and fiber optic cabling systems. The course is about 65% of practical training. Students will complete and test the wire card of unshielded and shielded cable lines, as well as terminate and continuity - test various fiber optic connectors and mechanical splicing.

This course covers advanced routing and infrastructure technologies, expanding on the topics covered in Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies (ENCOR) v1.0.

This course will help you prepare for the Cisco Enterprise Advanced Routing and Services Implementation Exam (300-410 ENARSI), which leads to the new CCNP® Enterprise and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation certifications.

The Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies (ENCOR) v1.0 Implementation and Operations course provides the knowledge and skills needed to configure, troubleshoot, and manage enterprise wired and wireless networks. You will also learn how to implement security principles in a corporate network and how to overlay network design with solutions such as SD-Access and SD-WAN. The course content includes 3 days of self-study material.
