Course CORTEX XDR 3.0-Investigation and Response

The first part of this instructor-led training allows you to explore attacks from the Cortex XDR management console pages, including the Incidents page and specialized artifact analysis views such as IP View. In the first part, you will also learn how to run remote Python scripts on endpoints.
The second part of the training allows you to work with the data processing capabilities of Cortex XDR to protect your environment from advanced threats such as fileless attacks. For example, in this part, you will analyze alerts in a causal view. In addition, you will learn about Cortex XDR data collection capabilities, including the Cortex XDR API for receiving external alerts, and use the data to investigate threats. The training concludes with introductory modules for the XDR XQL query language and two Pro features based on the Cortex XDR XQL engine.

This instructor-led training basically helps prevent attacks on endpoints. After an overview of the Cortex XDR components, the tutorial introduces the Cortex XDR management console, which shows how to install agents on endpoints and how to create security profiles and policies. The training will also help you understand how to perform and monitor response actions, set up profiles, and work with Cortex XDR alerts.
The training concludes with introductory modules on basic troubleshooting of the agent, local component of the broker VM, and deployment of the Cortex XDR.
