In this three-day course, participants use industry best practices for launching, planning, implementing, controlling, and completing IT projects, as well as explore common methodology and basic IT project management tools. Members:

• They will receive a working methodology on how to move from ideas and plans to the implementation of specific tasks.
• They will learn how to check the correctness of planning (both personal and other project participants).
• They will move from understanding that there are risks in projects to actions to reduce risks.
