The training expands your ability to implement projects and provides tools, ideas and approaches for how to complete projects more successfully. During the training, in the course of individual and group exercises, participants work through the project they have chosen (usually from the customer's industry); apply tools, techniques and methods of launching, planning, executing, controlling and completing projects, understanding the essence of these tools and the principles of their independent application in practice.
