This lab training and certification class focuses on the configuration of our UCM series VoIP products and IP PBXs. Lab testing will include: installation, provisioning, PSTN configuration, peering/SIP trunk configuration, system settings, unified communications features, and more. A certification exam will be available to achieve the Certified Professional level at UC Solutions.

The course is intended for partners and end customers for engineers and pre-sales work, it contains both an overview of the equipment and functionality, as well as a demonstration of practical steps for setting up and operating, as well as the availability of demonstration equipment.

This combined two-day course includes the following modules:

• UC solution
• network solution
• Security and facility management solution

This is Grandstream training with labs, configuration and testing provided to you by a certified Grandstream trainer with high level knowledge and experience across all product lines. This advanced level covers installations, configurations, and deployments using the latest Grandstream products.

Training materials are paired with labs working on hardware programming, so you leave with confidence and a good knowledge of the Grandstream portfolio. Each student will have the opportunity to use and explore Grandstream's UCM IP PBX, IP Desk Phones, GWN Series Wi-Fi Infrastructure, GDS Intercom Solution, and more.
